The Founding Partners of Midlige Richter have over 45 years combined expertise in PIP law – affording them a unique knowledge base to counsel and assist their clients. Early in their law careers, both Michael Midlige and Matthew Richter represented various, well known insurance companies in their efforts against health care providers in fraud, anti-kickback, compliance matters, and PIP arbitration. This “behind the scenes view” afforded both lawyers deep insight and experience with insurance industries’ tactics which deny medical providers proper reimbursement. It was from these roots that eventually led the two lawyers to come together and form Midlige Richter.
